The details of work  and terms and conditions are mentioned below:

 

The Institute urgently requires software consultancy for its entrance examination process for its PG Diploma Courses and Master Courses, 2020-21.

Details of Work

The details of work are as under:

·    To design the online admission forms for which the columns etc. requiring information will be given by IIMC.

·    Duly filled in online application uploaded with the IIMC website for which data will be stored in the  server of the selected firm/agency and subsequently transferred to IIMC server.

·      Processing of all online application forms for all PG Diploma  Courses.

·      Prepare all admit cards (with roll no., photo, examination center name, applicant address, applicant signature and signature of controller of examination) and upload on IIMC website.

·   Printing of attendance sheet containing miniature photographs and signature of candidates, roll no., examination center, and course wise (including stationery).

·   Designing and printing cover page of answer books (with barcode system, including stationery on 100 GSM paper)

·     Scanning and processing of OMR subjective answer books and printing of reports and prepare result after the entrance examination and also after completion of Group Discussion/Interview the result will be prepared category wise & course wise.

·     At the end of admission process the entire data will be transferred to IIMC.  IIMC is the sole owner of the data and agency under no circumstances will be allowed to share with anyone.

 

Terms & Conditions:

 

i) The above is a broad outline of activities.  The selected firm/agency may be asked to              carry out additional work related to the above activities.

 

ii) The time schedule/delivery schedule of the examination process will be indicated by               IIMC and the selected firm/agency must ensure delivery of output within that time                 schedule and no deviation will be allowed.

 

iii) The team of the selected firm/agency will have to work in coordination with the IIMC            team and the persons designated by it.

 

iv) The firm shall take all care to maintain 100% secrecy and accuracy of the entire                   process of above work. 

 

v) The selected firm/agency shall ensure timely completion of the tasks/jobs assigned and          supply the data/full information, including the scanned data.

 

vi) The rates quoted would apply for upto a minimum of 5,000 candidates.  If the number of       candidates increases beyond 5000, then pro rata rates will apply.

 

vii) The payment will be released subject to timely completion of the job to the satisfaction          of the competent authority.

 

viii)  Any deviation/deviations from the Terms and Conditions will attract  penalty as                     decided   by the Competent Authority of the Institute whom decision in this regard will         be final.

 

ix) The firm/agency selected may be required to undertake the above jobs for upto three             consecutive years at the rates quoted, subject to timely satisfactory performance.
