   Bye Laws..

Facilities
All employees of the Institute shall be entitled to such medical facilities as may from time to time be determined by the Executive Council, provided that in case of a borrowed or Ex-Central Governmental employee, he shall have the option to elect for medical facilities provided under the Central Government health Scheme or those provided by the Indian Institute of Mass Communication from time to time. Employee's contribution will be determined in accordance with the rates prescribed by the Central Government in respect of their employees. The difference between the employee's Contribution and the charges of the CGHS will be borne by the Institute.

+39(A) advances: Unless otherwise provided in the Bye-Law, the employees of the Institute shall be entitled to all interest-free advances as are admissible to Central Government employees.
