The Training Schedule of Foundation in Communication

The entire IIS training of 21 months at IIMC will be divided into seven trimesters covering various modules under the following broad subject areas.

Evaluation

Each trimester carriers following marks:
Trimester1 300 marks
Trimester2 400 marks
Trimester3 300 marks
Trimester4 100 marks
Trimester5 200 marks
Trimester6 300 marks
Trimester7 100 marks
Special assessment 100 marks
Total 2000marks
The evaluation for trimester 1 to 4 will be done on the basis of individual and group assignment.

For trimester 5, the officers trainers will have to submit a paper towards the end of the trimester on " FOR A BETTER COMMUNICATION INTERFACE BETWEEN CENTRE AND STATE" The Evaluation will be done on the basis of assignment.

The evaluation for trimester 6 and 7 will be done by the reporting officers of the respective media organization.

Special assessment will be done by the faculty in charge of the IIS training, on the basis of officers trainee's participation in the classes case discussion, debates, quizzes, sports and other extra-curricular activities including behavior, personal conduct, discipline and punctuality, initiative and leadership quality.
